Process

How does it work?

Decide on a style and a material

Talk to us in our showroom (or your home) and decide upon a stone type, edge detail, sink, upstand, etc. From this, we will prepare a proposal for your consideration.

Get measured up

Upon acceptance of our proposal, we will undertake a digital scan of your new or existing kitchen units. This information will then be transferred to our CNC machinery -- to ensure an exact fit of your new benchtop.

This process is fast, accurate, and without mess. We can even do this without removing your existing bench, meaning no downtime without a benchtop.

Choose your stone

As natural stone can vary, we encourage you to call in prior to cutting to view your stone.

Cut it out

With your stone selected, our CNC bridge saw will cut the stone to the required sizes.

If a mitred-edge build is required, this process will be done on our dedicated mitre saw, which provides an accurate, seamless look, in either granite or engineered stone.

Edge polishing

All visible edges are then polished on our Edgemaster machine.

Our internal CNC machine will cut and polish under-mounted sink cut-outs, recessed drawers and grooves, etc. Also, scribe all back edges to fit the walls in your home.

Installation

Our skilled installation team will fit your stone, install your sink, etc. They can also remove your existing bench, if required, and organise any plumbing or electrical work needed.

Inspection and sealing

When ready for installation, all components of your benchtop are trial-fitted and inspected prior to sealing.
